M&A Analyst (Graduate Entry)

Bluebox Corporate Finance is looking to grow its team with the addition of a Corporate Finance Analyst. You will be focused on business sales, fundraising and pre-sale planning assignments with the opportunity for rapid career progression.

The successful applicant will have the desire to work in Corporate Finance and ultimately study for the CFA. The Analyst plays an integral role in the work provided to clients, including participating in all phases of projects, which include research, analysis and developing insights that address significant client issues related to growth and M&A strategies. Our highly experienced team advises on fast-paced, dynamic deals, which are often cross-border or complex in nature, with some of our recent transactions being with FTSE100 acquirers and international private equity investment firms.

Analysts are involved in these live deals from day one, working closely with senior team members and clients, making it an exceptional development environment for highly motivated aspiring M&A professionals.

The Role-

As an Analyst, you will:

• Support execution of live M&A transactions across multiple sectors

• Conduct market, industry, and company research

• Prepare client presentations, information memorandums and marketing materials

• Build financial models and prepare valuation analyses

• Liaise directly with buyers (trade and private equity) and support due diligence processes

• Contribute to business development through research and pitch materials

What We’re Looking For

• Recent graduate with strong academic credentials (2:1 or above, ideally in finance, economics, business, or STEM)

• Demonstrated interest in corporate finance/investment banking/M&A

• Strong analytical, numerical, and research skills

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

• Highly motivated, proactive, and keen to learn

• Prior internship experience in financial/professional services firms preferred but not required (e.g. corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, audit)
