Staff Interview – Bonnie

September 13, 2023

This month we interview our newest team member, Bonnie.  She’s the youngest member of the team currently, and thoroughly enjoys her trips to the offices. She’s a Golden Show Cocker Spaniel, and what the team loves the most about her is her lovely blonde locks and vibrant energetic personality.

What was your background prior to joining Bluebox?

I spent most of the day either sleeping, sniffing, or eating. My parents say I was unemployed, but I prefer to think of it as a gap year.

What does a typical day look like for you?

I only work part-time and come into the office occasionally. When I come in, I like to check if the rest of the staff are working hard and if they have any food. I’ll occasionally go for a walk to get coffee and check that there are no squirrels nearby.

What is your favourite part about being in the office?

My favourite part of being in the office is definitely the attention from the team. They all think I’m great fun!

What is your biggest achievement to date?

My parents say my biggest achievement is learning to heal walk, but I think it was when I managed to trick them into feeding me two dinners in one day.

What are some of the biggest challenges you face working at Bluebox?

I’ve not had to deal with too many challenges, though I did have to destroy my colleague, Squiggles’, dog bed. It took some time and I had to be really quiet while I did it, but in the end, I managed, and nobody even knew it was me.

 Rapid Fire:

If you go anywhere for a day, where would it be? I really want to go to butternut box’s head office – they make the best dog food and I’m sure I could beg for plenty of food

If you could only eat one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be?  I’m desperate to try a squirrel!

If you were stuck on a desert island, what would be the one thing you would bring? Food. Everyone needs food and I love food! Maybe also a squirrel to chase…
